Terms & Conditions

DISCOUNTS

Any discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders. Only one discount code can be applied towards a single purchase.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Domestic orders are sent via EXPRESS ONE express delivery service and take 24 hours to arrive.

International orders are sent via BH Postal Service and can take between 15 to 20 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.  Please be advised, if the package is held at customs, it may take longer.

All our orders are shipped BH Postal Service with tracking.  If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing tracking or have moved, please feel free to contact BH Postal Service by phone at +387 1312 or +387 33 727 478 or online http://www.posta.ba/en/contact-us/.

You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped.

MAD by Majda & Dario is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.  International customers are responsible for all customs fees.  When placing an order for multiple items, and one item is a pre-order, your entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item becomes ship ready. We are not able to combine shipping orders for any orders at any time.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

All international purchases are final.  International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Please make sure to verify your address at checkout since MAD by Majda & Dario will not issue a refund in case of returned package. The package can be resent again if requested – shipping to be covered by the customer.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that have been shipped.  If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office. Please note international first class packages can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. MAD by Majda & Dario will not issue refunds for lost first class packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Kindly note that MAD by Majda & Dario does not accept exchanges or refunds on anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options), is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

Every item from our workshop is unique and made with care. We pay close attention to detail, prices, offer detailed images of products and make every attempt to provide thorough descriptions. All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty.

Please note that all sale items are final.  Sale purchases are not available for refunds or exchanges.
